James is the chief architect for WikiTours. He is a software architect and has provided software design and business consulting services to startup companies since 2002. James has primarily served the directory industry and focused on bringing search engine marketing services to local businesses throughout the United States and Europe. James began his career at IBM in AI in the 1980s, during the first wave of AI technologies; and then he moved to Microsoft where James served a software design engineer on MS-DOS & Windows, a subject matter expert on Windows Server in Japan, a program manager on Visual Studio, and completed his tenure at Microsoft as a Lead Program Manager on the startup project that became SharePoint. James started WikiTours to bring AI techniques for automatically generating travel and tourism content employing modern artificial intelligence techniques based on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Services.
